These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website chachingpanel.com (the "Site"), the purchase and use of the ChaChing Panel device (the "Product"), and any related services provided by [Your Company Name or Your Full Name] ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, purchasing the Product, or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase/use the Product.

1. Product Description The ChaChing Panel is a physical LED display device that connects to your Shopify store and/or TikTok account to display real-time metrics and trigger celebratory notifications. For Shopify, it shows live revenue, orders, sessions, conversion rate, products sold, visitors, and active browsers. For TikTok, it visualizes your follower count and announces events with visual lights and audio celebrations (e.g., the customizable "cha-ching" sound) whenever you gain new followers. It requires WiFi connection and secure OAuth authorization for both platforms. We do not store your Shopify or TikTok passwords. The device provides instant feedback to keep you motivated—celebrating every sale on Shopify and every new follower on TikTok with sounds and visuals.
2. Purchase and Payment Purchases are processed securely via Shopify Payments. The price is a one-time payment of $163 USD (or equivalent), including the device, USB-C cable, quick-start guide, stickers, integrations with Shopify and TikTok, lifetime free software updates, and email support. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
3. Shipping and Delivery We ship from Spain. EU delivery: 3–7 business days. International: 7–10 business days. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
4. Refund and Returns We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 14-day trial period. If you're not satisfied, email us at support@chachingpanel.com with proof of purchase. Return the Product in original condition; we will refund you within 3 business days after receipt (no restocking fees). We do not cover return shipping costs or damages due to misuse, modifications, or force majeure.
5. Permitted Use You may use the Product only for your legitimate Shopify store and/or TikTok account. Prohibited uses include: reselling the device without permission, using it for illegal activities, interfering with Shopify's or TikTok's services, violating their terms, or unauthorized data access.
6. Intellectual Property The Product's software, firmware, and updates are our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal/commercial use in connection with your Shopify store and/or TikTok account. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software.
7. Warranty and Disclaimers The Product is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including real-time syncing with Shopify or TikTok. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, lost sales/followers, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages related to Shopify or TikTok integrations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Product, violation of these Terms, or breaches of Shopify's or TikTok's terms.
10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access or use if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. The updated version will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
